Rider Levett Bucknall provided full quantity surveying services on the project. The RLB team carried out estimates in the project's design and planning stages and prepared tender documents for the significant number of tender packages. In addition, we provided post-contract cost control and financial management, valuation of construction work and contractual advice to the client.
The Peninsula Shanghai comprises a 15-storey hotel tower with 3-level basement and a 14-storey serviced apartment tower resting on a 3-level podium. It provides 235 guest rooms including suites and 33 apartment units.
