The Upper House is a 6-star hotel converted from the serviced apartment. The project involves alternation and addition (A&A) works. The hotel provides 117 suites with podium garden, gym facilities and a restaurant.
Rider Levett Bucknall provided full quantity surveying services. The RLB team carried out the value engineering during the design stage and prepared the tender, contract documents and budgetary statement. We also prepared the final account which was the detailed statement of the final cost of the project.
