Rider Levett Bucknall Appointed for Shanghai Center Tower

Rider Levett Bucknall is the appointed quantity surveyor for the tall building project called the Shanghai Center Tower.

The Shanghai Center Tower is located at Plot Z3-1 and Z3-2 in Luijiazui Financial Centre, Pudong, Shanghai. The site is 30,000 m². The construction area above the ground is about 395,000 m². The building at the top structure is 680-metre high. The building has five lower levels with an arena that seats 2,200 people. The main basic functions are office, hotel and service apartment with retail and entertainment area at the podium.
